Are you curious about wine and would you like to better understand how they’re made?\ ‍\ The importance of oak, natural yeast and the addition of sulphites? What are natural wines and how might they differ from biodynamic and organic wines? And what are tannins?\ \ And what about grapes? How’s a Cabernet Sauvignon to Cabernet Franc and what makes some wines more tannic than others? What grapes make a Côtes du Rhône? And what about Barolo? How does Beaujolais and Gamay compare to the soft and velvety expressions of Pinot Noir and Garnacha?\ \ Geographically we can delve deeper into many of the wine producing countries around the world to see and taste similarities and differences in terms of climate and geography. What is Alsace compared to Rheingau and to Friuili? Limestone soil typical of Bourgogne compared to Chianti’s marl and Pomerol’s clay soils?\ \ The options are multifolds and we make sure the journey is tasty, entertaining and enlightening. We can accommodate groups up to 25 people at v.Lo. We also offer tastings at home and at work - we bring glasses and wine along. We do (natural) wine, cocktails, beers and tapas. We’re proudly claiming to have the best bar-acoustic in all of Vesterbro to guarantee you actually can hear our bespoke playlist while having fun with your friends. Loud and vibrant atmosphere while never turning too noisy. Open until 2 o’clock at the weekend for your late-night negroni. Our cocktails are classic, the wine is natural and vibrant at its best, the atmosphere is cosy with a local and foreign crowd, and the outdoor patio is spacious and proud to be one of the cosiest in the neighborhood.
