Green grapes thrive big times, but the country also delivers on the red wine side and slowly but surely the country is taking a leading position in terms of light, fine and elegant red wines among an agreeing sommelier corps. Well helped on the way by warmer weather and a good eye for untapped potential and opportunities. We're going to taste through familiar and unknown terrain when the wine tour goes to Germany. 7 wines, two hours and 300 DKK.
Sommelier and the man behind v.Lo, Patrick Mouritzen, will be your guide on today's tasting and with more than 20 years in the business, there will be plenty of experience, anecdotes and useful know-how to draw on. It will be entertaining, informative, tasteful and, not least, informal. For all wine drinkers.
